Storage in databases and any disclosure to third parties for commercial use are only permitted with the written consent of the person depicted or the copyright holder of the depicted work.

The logos offered as downloads may only be used subject to the following conditions:

• Logos may only be used for news reports by publishing businesses and/or journalists, or at the time of downloading and for the period of use of the logo the user must be registered bindingly as an exhibitor for an exhibition to be held and organised by DLG e.V.
• Users may only use the logo in its original form without any changes whatsoever.
• If the user is an exhibitor in the above meaning of the word, he/she may only use the logo in conjunction with a reference to his/her future participation in an exhibition being organised by DLG e.V..
• The use of the logo or brand name for purposes other than those set out above, especially for labelling third-party products and services, is prohibited.

Non-observance of the above measures will be prosecuted under civil law – and in the event of infringement of copyrights under penal law too.
